GlobalEaze partners with international suppliers located in the United States, Europe, and Asia, ensuring the best prices and product quality for our customers.

Order shipment

  • Products are shipped directly from our suppliers/logistics partners to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • The average delivery time is between 10 to 25 business days, depending on the country of origin and the destination within the European Union.

Possible delays

  • In the event of customs clearance procedures or inspections, delivery times may be extended.

  • GlobalEaze is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, strikes, or other situations beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Order tracking

  • A tracking code will be sent to the customer by email within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customers can follow the shipment directly through the carrier’s website or the tracking platform provided.

Logistics issues

  • If the maximum delivery period is exceeded without a valid tracking update, customers must contact our support team at support@globaleaze.com.

  • Once a logistics failure is confirmed, GlobalEaze will either provide a full refund or arrange for the reshipment of the product, according to the customer’s preference.

Payment conditions

  • For purchases made by bank transfer or other methods requiring bank clearance, payment confirmation may take up to 5 business days.

  • The delivery timeframe begins only after the payment has been confirmed.
